We are searching for a driven & experienced Service Desk Manager looking for their next career step. This is a new role within Chalkline, due to our continued growth.
The role includes responsibility for leading and growing our Managed Services team and developing our processes to ensure they remain best of breed. This will include management of both team members and clients, to ensure a positive support experience is delivered.
Our aim for 2020 is to become SDI accredited, and this role will be instrumental in making this happen.
Ideal candidates would have the following experience:
- Proven team leadership experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Previous knowledge and experience of IT services and processes
- Minimum 2 years' previous experience in a team lead or management role
- Preferable previous experience in an MSP
- Technical understanding to a 2nd/3rd line level
