Hi! I’m Becca, Office Administrator. I head up the logistics here at Chalkline. My role consists of working closely with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure our clients have the very best products. I’m responsible for handling the client’s hardware journey, this may be a request for a single laptop or a whole new office set up. I find the most competitive prices so we can quote our clients. I’ll source the equipment and machines, configure the initial set up and liaise with our technical team to finalise machine set ups. I can then arrange delivery to our clients wherever they may be in the world.
I’m currently improving and developing new processes in line with our new PSA system. Alongside acquiring stock for a few office moves we have coming up.
I love how every day is different, each client’s needs and wants are different and I enjoy the challenge of fulfilling these requirements. My colleagues make working at Chalkline a very enjoyable experience, everyone helps out and the atmosphere is always great.
In my free time I like to go horse riding, I’ve been doing this for over 15 years, hiking and exploring the National Parks. I also try to squeeze in some yoga and travel.
