We are thrilled to announce that Chalkline has achieved the Azure Virtual Desktop specialist accreditation with Microsoft!
This is a prestigious recognition of our expertise and excellence in delivering and managing Azure Virtual Desktop solutions for our clients.
Azure Virtual Desktop is a cloud-based service that enables users to access Windows desktops and applications from any device, anywhere. It offers enhanced security, scalability, and flexibility for remote work scenarios. Working alongside other Microsoft technologies such as Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365, it can provide a fully integrated and secure solution.
To earn this accreditation, we had to undergo a rigorous external audit, where we had to provide evidence across nine separate sections to demonstrate our delivery processes for projects and managed services. This included our best practices, methodologies, and customer satisfaction levels. We also had to prove our technical capabilities and certifications in Azure Virtual Desktop.
The audit sections included: Strategy, Planning, Environment Readiness and Landing Zones, Governance, Assessment and Management, Design & Proof of Concept/Pilot, Deployment, Review and Release, Architectural Diagrams and Automated Tooling.
During the audit, a special mention was made to our Project Management delivery methodology, which enable us to provide efficient and transparent implementations to our clients.
This accreditation validates our commitment to providing high-quality Azure Virtual Desktop solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. It also demonstrates our alignment with Microsoft’s vision and strategy for Azure Virtual Desktop.
