1st Line Technical Analyst

This really is an excellent opportunity for a driven, eager 1st Line Support/Projects Engineer looking for their next step. The role is to deliver and support our client’s infrastructures, who are mostly using the latest MS technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, etc).

As a managed services analyst you will be part of our team supporting a range of technical systems including: Windows Server 2016, SQL Server 2016, network equipment (Cisco, Dell and HP), Active Directory and GPOs.

There will be times where travel may be required to a client site, however the majority of the work is based from our head office. Flexibility around working hours to ensure delivery of projects will be of great advantage for the role and naturally expected from time to time.

Ideal applicants will have at least 1-2 years’ experience and demonstrate previous support and customer service ability.

It would be helpful for applicants to have knowledge on the below technologies:

  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
  • Active Directory
  • Basic Windows based networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc
  • Basic routing, switching & firewall rules

Technical Apprentice

We’re looking for a fun, dedicated individual to join our technical services team as an apprentice. This role would be very varied (from carrying our regular checks on client infrastructure, to helping facilitate projects, to handling support calls) and would be great for an eager learner.

You need to have a good phone manner and it would be helpful if you have a good understanding of IT systems already (you don’t need to have any experience with working with businesses).

We are committed to training our employees up as quickly as possible and helping you create a career for yourself. Within a matter of weeks, you’ll be able to take Microsoft certifications and by the end of the apprenticeship you will be fully prepared for your next role.

You would have exposure to & skills developed around products including: Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Desktop Management, Windows Server, networking products, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and much more!

Having a driver’s license and a car would be a huge bonus for this role.

2nd Line Professional Services Analyst

We have a requirement to expand our Professional Services team due to our business expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, eager 2nd Line Support Engineer/Projects Engineer looking for their next step. The role is to deliver and support critical project deployments by working with the latest MS technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server).

As an IT Project Engineer you will be part of a Professional Services team supporting/installing a range of technical systems including: Windows Server 2016, SQL Server 2016, network equipment (Cisco, Dell and HP), Active Directory and GPOs.

There will be times where travel may be required to a client site, however the majority of the work is based from our head office. Flexibility around working hours to ensure delivery of projects will be of great advantage for the role and naturally expected from time to time.

Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years’ experience and demonstrate support and project delivery knowledge to a 2nd line level of the following technologies:

  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
  • SQL Server including clusters/AlwaysOn
  • Active Directory including clusters and GPOs
  • System Center Configuration Manager
  • Basic Windows based networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc
  • Basic routing, switching & firewall rules
  • ITIL/Prince2 knowledge

It would also be expected that applicants hold relevant Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) and some PowerShell scripting experience.
